Threaded Rebar
Threaded rebars are high-strength reinforcing bars with threaded ends, designed to act as both reinforcement and anchor in concrete structures. They provide strong bonding with concrete while offering the convenience of bolted connections for structural steel plates or base components.

Key Features
- Ribbed rebar body ensures strong concrete bonding
- Threaded ends allow bolted connections with nuts/plates
- Combines reinforcement and anchoring in one solution
- Available in custom lengths and thread depths
- Made to IS, ASTM, and BS standards
Technical Specifications
- Size (Dia x Length): Diameter 16mm to 40mm | Length up to 3000mm
- Material Grade: TMT Fe500, Fe550, EN8 (for special applications)
- Thread Length: Partial or full-threaded ends
- Type of Thread: Metric (IS4218), BSW, customized
- Accessories: Hex Nut, Washer, Plate (optional)
- Surface Treatment: Natural finish or epoxy-coated
- Rebar Type: Deformed or plain
- Thread Standard: Cut or roll thread depending on material
Manufacturing Method & Tolerances
Manufacturing Method:
Rebars are cut to length and threaded using CNC threading systems. Threads can be cut or roll-formed depending on grade and end-use. Optional plate welding or rebar coupler assemblies are also available.
Tolerances:
- Threading: As per IS 4218 / ASTM A615 / BS4449
- Dimensional: ±1mm or as per drawing/spec
- Thread Depth: Based on embedment or grip requirement

Applications & Usage
- Used in pile foundations and cast-in-situ concrete
- Ideal for base plate anchoring and bar-to-bar coupling
- Suitable for structural retrofitting and strengthening
- Common in substation foundations and column bases
- Used in infrastructure projects like metro & flyovers
